Urgent removal of intimate images

If someone has posted an intimate image or video of you on Neo Mambí Community without your consent —real, or created or altered with artificial intelligence ("deepfake")— you can ask us to remove it using this form. You do not need a Neo Mambí account.

How it works

  1. Fill in the form with your contact details, the address (URL) of each post or image and a short description. Do not attach or resend the image.
  2. When you submit it you will receive a request code and the response deadline.
  3. A small, specialized team reviews the request with top priority. When needed, the content is hidden immediately while we verify it.
  4. If the request is valid, we remove the content within 48 hours of receiving it, together with any known identical copies on the service (including copies stored in our content delivery network).
  5. We will email you with the outcome. The account that posted it may be suspended.

This process follows the U.S. federal TAKE IT DOWN Act. We keep only the minimum evidence needed, with restricted access and for the defined legal or operational period. We never tell the person who posted the content who made the request.

Who can ask

The person shown in the image or someone authorized to act on their behalf (for example, a parent or legal guardian of a minor, or their lawyer).

If a minor is involved

If the content shows a person under 18 in a sexual situation, submit this request as well: we treat it as a critical case, remove it immediately and report it to the competent authorities (in the U.S., the NCMEC CyberTipline). Do not download or share the material, not even to report it. If someone is in immediate danger, call emergency services (911 in the U.S.).

If the form does not work, email privacy@neomambi.com with the subject "Urgent removal of intimate image" and the same details.
