Use this page to tell us that content posted on Neo Mambí Community infringes your copyright or other intellectual property, exposes your personal data or violates another of your rights. You do not need an account.

Is it an intimate image posted without consent? Use the urgent removal page, which is handled within 48 hours.

Copyright (DMCA-style notice)

For us to act, your notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature as the rights holder or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material at issue and information to locate it (the URL of each post, comment or image).
  4. Your contact details: postal address, phone number and email.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

If the notice is valid, we will remove or disable access to the material and notify the person who posted it, who may file a counter-notice by replying to the notice they receive or by writing to privacy@neomambi.com. We apply a repeat infringer policy: accounts that repeatedly infringe may be suspended. Knowingly submitting a false notice may result in legal liability.

Privacy and personal data

If a post shows your phone number, address, documents, immigration data, location or other private information without your permission, tell us here. Doxxing is prohibited by the community guidelines and is handled with high priority (target: first action within 4 hours). To exercise your rights over the data Neo Mambí holds about you, see the privacy policy.

What happens next

  • You will receive a request code. Keep it for any follow-up.
  • A moderator will review the case. We do not remove content just because it receives many reports, or for expressing political opinions.
  • We never reveal to the reported person who filed the claim, unless the law requires it (for example, we may share a copyright notice in response to a counter-notice).
  • We will email you with the outcome.
